How the TOP List Works

The TOP list is a list compiled by the NMH Anime community as the list of must see animes.
It is the Gospel of Classics.

----------Submitting an Anime Series----------------------------------------

Animes (both movies, series, and single episodes) will be added to the TOP Anime List by vote. To submit an anime to be considered for the TOP Anime List:

1. Create new Topic:
2. Under "Title of the Topic" write:
Name of Anime: Nomination for the TOP List?
3. Scroll down to "Add a Poll"
4. Under "Poll Question" write the same thing.
5. Under Poll Option write: "Yes" Followed by a line break, than. "No"


For an anime to be administered on to the TOP List it must comply to one of the folllowing:

1. 70% or more of the group has voted yes for submition.

---------Petitioning an Anime Series--------------------------------------

Animes (both movies, series, and single episodes) can be taken off the TOP Anime List by vote. To submit a petition for the TOP Anime List:

1. Create new Topic:
2. Under "Title of the Topic" write:
Name of Anime: Petition for the TOP List?
3. Scroll down to "Add a Poll"
4. Under "Poll Question" write the same thing.
5. Under Poll Option write: "Yes" Followed by a line break, than. "No"

For an anime to be taken off the TOP List it must comply to one of the following:

1. 40% or more of the group has voted yes for petition.

All Animes submitted incorrectly will not be considered for the TOP List until submitted correctly.
